The studio
A carnival is not decoration. It is choreography.
The Royal Carnival is a design-led event studio. We start with the feeling a family wants in the room — reverence, mischief, grandeur, calm — and work backwards into structure, flower, light and sound until the whole evening moves as one gesture.
Every event is built once. We treat it that way.

The small hours
The grandeur is the frame. This is the picture.
How it works
Four conversations, then a room that works.
Listen
We meet the family or the team, walk the venue, and learn what the day actually has to carry — rituals, guest counts, budgets, the non-negotiables.
Design
You receive a concept deck: mood, palette, 3D renders of every setup, floor plans and an itemised estimate. We revise until it is right.
Build
Fabrication begins in our workshop. Flowers are sourced fresh. Vendors, permits, power and crew are locked with a dated run-of-show.
Run
On the day, our producer calls the show and our crew stays until the last chair is cleared. You are a guest at your own event.
